Contract: Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30 | Temp‑to‑Perm

Teaching Personnel are working with an inspiring, forward‑thinking specialist school in Stockport to recruit a passionate Learning Support Practitioner. The school supports pupils from primary through post‑16 and is known for its warm, inclusive approach. The School are currently looking for educators to join their primary school site.

Your role will include:
✅ Supporting pupils with complex communication and learning needs
✅ Working 1:1 and within small groups across varied activities
✅ Helping children with Autism, sensory differences and physical needs
✅ Providing personal care and mobility support when required
✅ Encouraging independence, confidence, communication and social development

What We’re Looking For
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Experience in care, education or support roles
- Understanding of Autism, learning disabilities, sensory needs or complex profiles
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a calm, encouraging approach
- A passion for helping children reach their potential
- An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
