The Suitable Teaching Assistant will:

• Focus on supporting students to achieve their personal best
• Have excellent communication skills which will able you to build good relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers
• Prior experience working in schools or with young people
• Always ensure the highest level of safety and safeguarding
• Have GCSE in maths and English grade A-C or equivalent
