Job description

Behaviour classroom support teaching assistant- Swiss Cottage. 

Opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team supporting priamry and secondary aged school children who have behavioural difficulties and require strong role models in the classroom.

I am working with a special needs school based near Swiss Cottage that caters for a range of disabilities, PMLD, autism, behaviour etc. They are looking for a teaching assistant to join their team as soon as possible on a full time basis. You will work term time only, and the hours are 08:30am – 15:30pm 

This role would suit you if you have any of the following:

Experience of working with children or adults who have challenging behaviour including ADHD

  • Psychology degree
  • Mental health background
  • Ability to maintain a calm learning environment
  • Full time availability to work as a teaching assistant in Swiss Cottage.

Whilst employed by Teaching Personnel you will receive a competitive daily pay rate and we will also pay a national insurance and pension contribution for you – we do not use an umbrella company.
