Learning Support Mentor

We are seeking a Learning Support Mentor to join our team at a secondary school in the Manchester area, working with underachieving students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Identifying and addressing the specific needs of underachieving students.
2. Developing and implementing tailored support plans for each student.
3. Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback to students, parents, and school staff.
4. Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Organizing and facilitating small group and one-on-one interventions to support students in need.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
