A specialised school in Bracknell are looking for teaching assistants who can work on a flexible supply basis for daily cover, this does have the potential to lead on to longer term roles. The school caters for pupils aged 2 to 19 who have additional needs such as Severe Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Condition and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.

They were graded ‘good’ by Ofsted in their most recent inspection with ‘outstanding’ in personal development, behaviour and welfare.

The successful candidate will:

Experience in a school or care setting is an advantage though the right attitude and personality is more important than formal qualifications.
