Learning Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel is thrilled to collaborate with several outstanding SEN provisions across East Sussex, dedicated to providing tailored support for students with diverse needs. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as full-time or part-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), available to start as soon as possible.
As an LSA with Teaching Personnel, you'll have the opportunity to:

Requirements:
- Genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
- Previous experience in SEN education or relevant qualifications is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
