Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and supportive primary school in High Wycombe. This role offers flexible availability, making it ideal for candidates seeking either part-time or full-time work.

About the Role:

• Support pupils across Early Years, KS1, or KS2 depending on experience.

• Assist the class teacher with daily activities, learning interventions, and classroom management.

• Work 1:1 or with small groups to help raise attainment and promote positive learning experiences.

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all learners.

• Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with staff and parents.

We Are Looking For:

• Friendly, patient, and proactive individuals with a passion for working with children.

• Previous school-based or childcare experience (desirable but not essential).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

• Reliability and flexibility, with availability for part-time or full-time hours.

• A willingness to support children of all abilities and needs.
