Teaching Assistant Needed – Primary School in High Wycombe

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and supportive primary school in High Wycombe. This role offers flexible availability, making it ideal for candidates seeking either part-time or full-time work.
About the Role:

Support pupils across Early Years, KS1, or KS2 depending on experience.

Assist the class teacher with daily activities, learning interventions, and classroom management.

Work 1:1 or with small groups to help raise attainment and promote positive learning experiences.

Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all learners.

Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with staff and parents.
We Are Looking For:

Friendly, patient, and proactive individuals with a passion for working with children.

Previous school-based or childcare experience (desirable but not essential).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Reliability and flexibility, with availability for part-time or full-time hours.

A willingness to support children of all abilities and needs.
