Day rate: up to £100

Hours: FT & PT

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and inclusive school in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to help children grow in confidence, develop their learning, and achieve their full potential.

What You'll Do

• Support pupils in the classroom and in small groups.
• Help create a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Encourage confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
• Work closely with teachers to help every child succeed.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is passionate about working with primary-aged children.
• Is patient, reliable, and proactive.
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Has experience in schools (desirable, but not essential).
