Position: Learning Support Assistant (Tameside) Responsibilities:

• Individualized Student Support: Provide direct assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those who require extra help in class. This includes aiding with assignments and enhancing their understanding of key concepts.
• Inclusive Classroom Support: Work alongside classroom teachers to ensure that students with special needs are integrated into mainstream classrooms. Modify materials and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
• Behavioural Guidance: Collaborate with teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategies that create a supportive learning environment.
• Tailored Learning: Assist teachers by adapting lesson plans and teaching methods to suit the varied needs of students.
