We're recruiting passionate and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) across Secondary and ALN Schools in Swansea and Carmarthenshire.

This rewarding role involves supporting a child on a one-to-one basis, helping them overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.

Whether you're an experienced LSA, TA, SEN Teaching Assistant, ALN Support Worker, or have transferable experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Working alongside teachers, ALNCOs, school staff and families, you will:

✅ Provide dedicated 1:1 support in the classroom

✅ Support pupils with:

• Autism (ASD)
• ADHD
• SEMH
• Speech & Language Needs
• Other Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

✅ Build positive, trusting relationships

✅ Adapt learning activities to individual needs

✅ Promote confidence, independence and wellbeing

✅ Support behaviour using nurturing approaches

✅ Encourage communication, engagement and progress

✅ Work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals

Relevant Experience
