The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and achieve success in the classroom.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Supporting children with additional learning needs
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with literacy, numeracy, and social development
• Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing
