This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting pupils in their learning and development, both inside and outside the classroom.

The Role:

• Learning Support Assistant positions available across primary and secondary schools in Reading
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN, behavioural needs, and learning difficulties
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

‍ What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (desirable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
