Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Primary Schools
Location: Reading | Pay from £90 per day
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in primary schools across Reading, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion and enjoys making a real difference to children who need extra support to thrive in the classroom.
The Role:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN

Supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
-
Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour support

Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children in a school or SEN setting (desirable)

A patient, caring, and resilient approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
