Learning Support Assistant – SEN 1:1 Support 

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a SEN School in Preston who are looking to recruit dedicated Learning Support Assistants to provide 1:1 SEN support pupils aged 3-11. This role involves supporting children with additional needs on a one-to-one basis, helping them access learning, manage behaviour, and develop social and emotional skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN (autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs)

• Be patient, resilient, and caring

• Be able to work flexibly and adapt to individual pupil needs

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

• Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS
