Learning Support Assistant – Newbury | Immediate/September Start
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Newbury? Teaching Personnel is working with a range of welcoming and supportive schools in the area, seeking LSAs to join their teams.
This is a rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The Role:
- Learning Support Assistant positions available across schools in Newbury
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN, behavioural needs, and learning difficulties
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) are advantageous but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
