Learning Support Assistant (SEN)
Location: Havant and Waterlooville area
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible – Full-Time or Part-Time

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in SEN primary schools across the Havant and Waterlooville area. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and caring individuals who are eager to support children with special educational needs in a rewarding school environment.
The Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Working one-to-one or in small groups

Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour support

Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
