Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Teaching Personnel is seeking committed Learning Support Assistants to work across SEN primary schools in the Dibden area. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs

• Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

• Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and classroom routines

• Monitor progress and contribute to learning plans

• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or within an SEN setting (desirable but not essential)

• A compassionate, flexible, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A driving licence is preferred but not essential

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
