Learning Support Assistants Required – Camberley
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term
Start Date: Immediate and September starts available
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work within welcoming and supportive schools in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people in their education and personal development.
Roles are available across mainstream and SEN settings, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
The Role:

Supporting students within the classroom environment
-
Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
-
Assisting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
-
Helping to create an engaging, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support student progress
We Are Looking For:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people preferred
-
Individuals with a positive, patient, and proactive attitude
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Experience with SEN needs such as Autism, ADHD, or SEMH is desirable but not essential

Graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, and care/support workers are encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
