Learning Support Assistants Required – Camberley

Location: Camberley, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work within welcoming and supportive schools in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people in their education and personal development.

Roles are available across mainstream and SEN settings, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

The Role:

• Supporting students within the classroom environment

• Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support

• Assisting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs

• Helping to create an engaging, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support student progress

We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people preferred

• Individuals with a positive, patient, and proactive attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with SEN needs such as Autism, ADHD, or SEMH is desirable but not essential

• Graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, and care/support workers are encouraged to apply
