This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for someone who can build strong relationships, remain calm under pressure and motivate young people to make positive choices both inside and outside the classroom.

The Role

  • Valuable experience within SEMH and alternative provision settings
  • A rewarding environment where no two days are the same
  • Strong leadership with a genuine focus on staff wellbeing
  • Opportunities for permanent employment and long-term development

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with young people with SEMH, behavioural or additional needs
  • Be resilient, calm and confident managing challenging situations
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning
  • Be able to maintain boundaries while remaining supportive and approachable
  • Have a proactive and positive attitude towards behaviour support
