We are looking to appoint a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a well-regarded education setting in the Bournemouth area.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting pupils across both primary and secondary phases.
You will be working with children and young people aged 3 to 18 in a setting that places strong emphasis on inclusion, wellbeing and individual progress.

The Role
Working hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm.
You will support pupils throughout the school day, both in the classroom and during structured activities, helping them to access learning and engage positively with their education.
Student Needs
Pupils present with a range of SEN needs, including autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties and associated learning needs.
Support is provided on a one-to-one and small group basis, with a focus on personalised strategies and positive relationships.
Essential Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of six months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children or young people with SEN needs. A patient, empathetic and resilient approach is essential.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly rate for this role is clearly set at £13.75 per hour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
