We’re searching for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and excited to play a key role in shaping the futures of young people.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing supportive, engaging 1:1 and small-group learning sessions

• Helping students grow in confidence, independence, and resilience

• Supporting behaviour management in a calm, positive, and consistent way

• Working closely with teachers and support staff to create an inspiring learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting secondary-aged students is a bonus—but not essential

• A calm, patient nature and the ability to thrive in challenging situations

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships

• A genuine passion for supporting young people in education
