Learning Support Assistant – SEN Primary School (Andover)
Pay: £13.75 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive SEN primary school in the Andover area. You will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, delivering personalised support to help them engage with learning and develop key skills.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs

Assisting the class teacher with engaging, inclusive learning activities

Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour

Helping to create a nurturing, inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children (SEN experience beneficial but not required)

A patient, caring and proactive attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Ability to work flexible hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
