The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and build confidence.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
• Help prepare classroom resources and learning activities.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you will have:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent classroom experience.
• Previous experience working within a UK primary school.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A flexible, reliable and positive attitude.
• A sound understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
• The ability to commute reliably to schools across Rugby and the surrounding areas.
