Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools – Rugby, Warwickshire
Are you an enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Rugby this September? Whether you're qualified to Level 3 or have equivalent experience working within a UK primary school, we'd love to hear from you.
We're recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to support welcoming mainstream primary schools across Rugby, Warwickshire, including Bilton, Brownsover, Hillmorton, Dunchurch, New Bilton and Long Lawford.

The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and build confidence.
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning activities.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you will have:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent classroom experience.
- Previous experience working within a UK primary school.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible, reliable and positive attitude.
- A sound understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
- The ability to commute reliably to schools across Rugby and the surrounding areas.
