Position: Level 3 Early Years Educator
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Contract: Short‑term / Flexible
Salary: £95 – £105 per day

Are you a passionate and adaptable Level 3 Early Years Educator looking for short‑term work that keeps your days varied and exciting?

We are seeking enthusiastic practitioners to join our team and take on a range of short‑term roles across nurseries and early years settings in Stockport.

L3 Early Years Educator Responsibilities:

• Providing high‑quality support in short‑term roles across a variety of nursery settings.
• Assisting with daily routines, staff absences, and room cover.
• Supporting play‑based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Building positive, supportive relationships with children and staff.
• Maintaining accurate safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
• Bringing a calm, professional, and adaptable approach to each new setting.

L3 Early Years Educator Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
• Flexibility and willingness to work in different nursery environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Confident communication and excellent people skills.
• A proactive, child‑focused mindset.
• Prior nursery experience (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
