Job Title: Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our early years team from September to support our new cohort of children as they begin their learning journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a nurturing and supportive setting where children’s development, wellbeing, and curiosity are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to create engaging learning environments
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
