Job Title: English and Maths KS3 Outreach Tutor

Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring in English and Maths for Key Stage 3 students
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Provide feedback to students and parents on performance and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students' academic development
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the Key Stage 3 curriculum
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
- Work primarily in a school or learners home setting
- Travel to student's homes for tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
