What We’re Looking For
Our partner schools are seeking Teaching Assistants with an interest or experience in:

Key Stage 2 classroom support
-
Small group and 1:1 interventions

Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND where required

Start Date: ASAP – flexible to suit your availability

Type: Full-time

Pay: £90–£100 per day (dependent on experience)

Your Responsibilities
-
Support KS2 pupils with their learning across the curriculum
-
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver targeted interventions
-
Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
-
Help maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
-
Support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and independence
-
Uphold safeguarding and promote pupil wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For
-
A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children
-
Previous experience in education or childcare is desirable but not essential
-
Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability
-
A proactive and supportive approach to learning
-
Willingness to complete relevant training and safeguarding checks
