KS2 Teacher – Full-Time Opportunity in Poole

The Role:
- Teaching within Key Stage 2
- Full-time position, 5 days a week
- Starting September
- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families

- Is an experienced and inspirational KS2 Teacher
- Can lead a core subject area across the school
- Has a strong commitment to high-quality teaching and learning and improving outcomes for all children
- Is passionate and committed, with high expectations of achievement
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of trauma-informed and relational practices
- Models and maintains high expectations of behaviour
- Enjoys working as part of a team and building positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and the wider school community
- Has excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
