Job Title: KS2 Teacher - PPA Cover

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours

Salary: £130 - £160 Per day

Job Description

Job Duties:

• Provide PPA cover for KS2 classes
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons following the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress
• Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student development
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a KS2 setting
• Knowledge of the UK national curriculum

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in KS2

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Experience working as a PPA cover teacher
