Contract: Full-time
Rate of Pay: From £125 to £232.56 per day
We at Teaching Personnel are delighted to be partnering with a vibrant, friendly and supportive primary school that is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team. About the role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, accurate and progressive lessons for a Year 3 class, in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, welcoming and child‑centred learning environment that supports pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, external agencies and parents, providing clear, constructive feedback when required.
- Work openly, honestly and collaboratively with the wider school team to support a strong teaching and learning culture.
- Regularly assess, monitor and track pupil progress, ensuring targets are met and identifying any learning gaps that require additional support or intervention.

What are we looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching KS2 or ideally a previous Year 6 class.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Good communication, confidence and good behaviour management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
