About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school in the S10 area of Sheffield. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their practice in a positive and engaging school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
  • Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Foster positive behaviour and a love of learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (or relevant placement experience for ECTs)
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • A passion for supporting children’s academic and personal development
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
