Year 5/6 Teacher – North Sheffield
Location: North Sheffield
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £120–£200 per day (dependent on experience and pay scale)

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a confident and committed Year 5/6 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in North Sheffield, with an immediate start available.
The Role
-
Full class teacher responsibilities within an Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5/6) classroom

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
-
Preparing pupils for end-of-year assessments and SATs (where applicable)

Monitoring, assessing and tracking pupil progress
-
Creating a positive, well-managed and inclusive classroom environment
-
Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate

Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
-
Has experience teaching within KS2 (Upper KS2 experience desirable)

Demonstrates strong behaviour management and subject knowledge

Is committed to raising attainment and preparing pupils for transition to secondary school

Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
