KS2 Teacher Vacancy - Darwen
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed KS2 Teacher to join a thriving mainstream primary school in Darwen from 2nd November until the end of the academic year.
The school is seeking a teacher who can inspire pupils, deliver outstanding lessons, and contribute positively to the wider school community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective KS2 lessons.
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with curriculum objectives.
- Support pupils in achieving their academic potential.
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil development.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has recent experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge.
- Can create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is dedicated to supporting pupil wellbeing and achievement.
