KS1 Teacher Vacancy - Darwen
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a committed KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Darwen from 2nd November through to the end of the academic year.
The school is looking for a teacher who is passionate about primary education and dedicated to helping children achieve their best both academically and personally.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Key Stage 1 lessons.
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with curriculum objectives.
- Track and support pupil progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching within KS1.
- Strong understanding of primary education and curriculum requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
