KS2 & KS3 Teachers – Middle Schools Across Dorset

We are currently recruiting KS2 and KS3 Teachers to work across a variety of middle schools across Dorset. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across KS2 and KS3 in line with curriculum requirements
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit the learning needs, abilities, and interests of different pupils
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support where needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
- Contribute to school life beyond the classroom, including extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives
Person Specification:
- Qualified teacher with experience teaching KS2 and KS3
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work across multiple schools or year groups
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Passionate about delivering high-quality education and inspiring pupils to achieve their potential
Contract & Location:
- Location: Middle schools across Dorset
- Contract Type: Full-time, part-time, or supply/flexible opportunities available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
