KS2 & KS3 Teachers – Middle Schools Across Dorset

We are currently recruiting KS2 and KS3 Teachers to work across a variety of middle schools across Dorset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across KS2 and KS3 in line with curriculum requirements
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit the learning needs, abilities, and interests of different pupils
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support where needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
  • Contribute to school life beyond the classroom, including extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives

Person Specification:

  • Qualified teacher with experience teaching KS2 and KS3
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work across multiple schools or year groups
  • Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality education and inspiring pupils to achieve their potential

Contract & Location:

  • Location: Middle schools across Dorset
  • Contract Type: Full-time, part-time, or supply/flexible opportunities available
