Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to start your career? Are you a fully qualified teacher seeking a full-time position within a primary school?
Primary Schools across Birmingham are looking for dedicated and experienced teachers to join their team on a supply basis with opportunities for long-term employment. You will be responsible for delivering content and lessons as well as planning, marking and assessing pupils.
You will solely be working with students from reception, year 1 and/or year 2, therefore experience with these year groups is essential.
A successful candidate will:
- Possess a UK recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, or BA with QTS)
- Have recent and relevant experience teaching within primary schools
- Have a good understanding of KS1 curriculum
- Be committed to enhancing the learning of young people
- Confident behaviour management skills
- enhance the development of KS1 pupils.

Long term and short-term placement opportunities are available, ranging from one term to a full academic year. The successful candidate will be recruited on a trial basis at first, with the opportunities for a long-term role to be established. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
