Location: Speke, L24
Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Day-to-day & short-term supply (with long-term opportunities)
Salary: £120–£180 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role – KS1 Supply Teacher

We are seeking proactive, adaptable, and confident KS1 Supply Teachers to support classes across Year 1 and Year 2. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to experience different school settings while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1
  • Managing behaviour in line with the school’s policies
  • Creating a positive, engaging learning environment
  • Marking work where required
  • Working collaboratively with school staff
  • Being flexible and prepared to adapt to different classes and year groups

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a strong fit for this role if you:

  • Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
  • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1
  • Are confident in managing behaviour and adapting to different classrooms
  • Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and reliability to your teaching
  • Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS
  • Are available for early-morning calls and flexible working patterns
