KS1 Teacher – Doncaster
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: Full-time & Part-time roles available
Pay: £120 - £200 per day (depending on experiene)
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Doncaster to recruit dedicated KS1 Teachers for positions starting in January 2026.

The Role:

Teaching across Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2)

Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs

Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
-
Has experience teaching in KS1 (ECTs are encouraged to apply)

Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
-
Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting young learners

Has a good understanding of phonics and early literacy development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
