Job Description

As a KS1 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

• Differentiating teaching to meet the varied needs and abilities of KS1 pupils

• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback

• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

• Taking part in school activities, events, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Previous KS1 experience is desirable, though Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• A passion for early years and primary education
