KS1 PHASE LEADER - FULL TIME - SHEFFIELD 

An Outstanding School in the South of Sheffield are currently seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Key Stage 1 Phase Leader. As a Phase Leader, you will be a member of the School Leadership Team collaborating to ensure the highest possible standards of teaching, learning and behaviour across the school.

The successful educator will be an excellent practitioner, promoting high standards and the ethos of the school. You will be accountable for the leadership and management of your phase team, which will include managing/monitoring planning, policies, targets and practices across Key Stage 1 as well as delivering training. You will be the line of communication between your phase staff and the leadership team in school.
