Teaching Personnel are currently working in close partnership with a number of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools in the BB18 area. These schools are seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to join their teams from September. The schools pride themselves on their inclusive ethos and their commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to succeed.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher who can engage and inspire young learners through creative, high-quality teaching. You will play a key role in delivering a stimulating and inclusive curriculum that encourages curiosity, builds confidence, and fosters a genuine love of learning.

You will be confident in your ability to demonstrate strong and consistent classroom management, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated. A solid understanding of the Primary National Curriculum is essential, along with the ability to adapt your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your learners.

Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure that all pupils receive the best possible educational experience. You will also play an active role in contributing to the wider life of the school.

The ideal Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
• Recent experience teaching within UK Primary Schools
• A strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Experience of teaching children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) would be advantageous
• Phonics experience and confidence in delivering early reading strategies
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
