Experienced KS1 Teachers – Supply & Long-Term Roles (Dorset)

Teaching Personnel is busy supporting schools across Dorset and we’re looking for strong, experienced KS1 teachers to join our supply team or take on long-term placements.

If you’re passionate about teaching, reliable, and confident in the classroom, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a variety of schools while making a real difference to children’s learning.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS1

• Support learning and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning

• Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school routines

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified KS1 teachers with classroom experience

• Strong behaviour management and planning skills

• Flexible, professional, and committed to making an impact
