Location: Liverpool (Temp to Perm)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent
Via: Teaching Personnel
Salary: £31,650 – £49,525 (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified Humanities Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking mainstream secondary school in Liverpool from September 2025.

This full-time role covers History, Geography, and Religious Education, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys connecting past, present, and belief systems to the lives of young learners.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across KS3 and KS4 in History, Geography, and RE
  • Inspiring students to explore human experiences, global issues, and moral perspectives
  • Creating a positive classroom environment where curiosity and debate are encouraged
  • Working collaboratively with the Humanities department to raise achievement and drive progress

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
  • Be confident teaching all three Humanities subjects at secondary level
  • Have strong behaviour management and differentiation strategies
  • Be committed to inclusive education and student development
  • Bring creativity, energy, and passion to their teaching practice
