Pay Rate: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview

We are seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team from October. This full-time role is perfect for someone confident in leading lessons and supporting pupils across a range of year groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation.
• Support the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Contribute to assessment and reporting.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an HLTA qualification or has equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a primary school setting.
• Confident in leading whole-class teaching when required.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting pupils and staff.
