Role Details

• Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Location: Poole
• Start Date: September 2026
• Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:15pm)

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold HLTA status or an equivalent/higher qualification
• Have experience supporting teaching and learning within a primary school setting
• Be confident delivering lessons and leading whole-class learning independently
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
• Be adaptable, resilient, and solution-focused
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every school day
• Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
