Teaching Personnel is delighted to be recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on behalf of a highly successful Multi Academy Trust in Poole.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic HLTA to join a thriving mainstream primary school environment where children are at the heart of everything they do.
Role Details
- Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Location: Poole
- Start Date: September 2026
- Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:15pm)
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold HLTA status or an equivalent/higher qualification
- Have experience supporting teaching and learning within a primary school setting
- Be confident delivering lessons and leading whole-class learning independently
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
- Be adaptable, resilient, and solution-focused
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every school day
- Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
