What you’ll be doing:

• Leading small group learning sessions across a range of subjects
• Delivering targeted interventions to support student progress
• Supporting the classroom environment to ensure every student can thrive
• Working closely with teaching staff to enhance learning outcomes
• Providing inclusive support for pupils, including those with SEND needs

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting children or young people in an education setting
• A strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practices
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Confident communication with both students and colleagues
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using IT systems to support learning and admin tasks
• A genuine commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
