Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
King’s Lynn | 32.5 hours per week | Term time only (39 weeks)
£28,598 – £31,022 FTE

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading small group learning sessions across a range of subjects
- Delivering targeted interventions to support student progress
- Supporting the classroom environment to ensure every student can thrive
- Working closely with teaching staff to enhance learning outcomes
- Providing inclusive support for pupils, including those with SEND needs

- Experience supporting children or young people in an education setting
- A strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practices
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Confident communication with both students and colleagues
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using IT systems to support learning and admin tasks
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
