Salary: £24,130 FTE | 30 hours per week (Term Time Only)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Callington area from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, and who is confident delivering lessons and leading learning in the absence of the class teacher.

Key Details:

• 30 hours per week, term time only

• Fixed term until July 2026

• FTE Salary: £24,130 (actual salary dependent on hours/term time)

• Temp-to-Perm opportunity for the right candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Hold HLTA status or equivalent experience

• Be confident supporting and delivering learning across a range of subjects

• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community

• Be flexible, reliable, and proactive in supporting school life
