We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive school for an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team.

The successful HLTA will be:

• Passionate about securing positive outcomes and progress for children.
• Highly motivated, organised, and flexible in their approach to supporting pupils.
• An effective communicator who can build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Confident in supporting learning and utilising lesson planning and resources when covering a class.
• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work collaboratively to support the school and move children's learning forward.
• Able to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have:

• Level 2 or above qualifications in English and Maths.
• Previous experience of working effectively within a school or educational setting.
• A good standard of written and spoken English.
• A sound general understanding of Maths.
• The ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a wider school team.
• A positive, professional, and child-centred approach.
