Are you an enthusiastic, hard-working individual with experience supporting young people?
Join a vibrant secondary school in South Manchester to help students overcome barriers to learning. This role will involve supporting students expressing challenging behaviour and therefore the successful applicant will be confident, assertive and have excellent behaviour management skills. This position is suited to any candidates looking to secure a long term position.

- Full-time role commencing September
- Supporting a vibrant secondary school’s internal inclusion unit
- Salary GBP1330 - GBP1630 per month

The successful applicant will supervise the inclusion unit and will take responsibility of leading small group or individual educational sessions, ensuring that individuals receive the required support. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working. The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about inclusion
- Have significant and successful experience of working with children with challenging behaviour in an education and/or social care setting
- Be able to establish excellent relationships with pupils
- Possess excellent classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
