Job Duties:
- Provide support to teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom management
- Assist students with their learning, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support individual students or small groups with their academic progress
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching materials
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
Required Qualifications:
- HLTA qualification
Education:
- Minimum of HLTA qualification
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of teaching methods and strategies
- Ability to work with students of diverse learning needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support
Working Conditions:
- The role may require standing for extended periods, assisting students with physical tasks, and adapting to various classroom environments. Working hours are typically during school hours, with occasional additional hours for planning and meetings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
