HIGH LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT | WARMINSTER | SUPPLY WORK | PART-TIME
Experienced HLTA Required – Specialist Provisions in Warminster
Teaching Personnel is recruiting accomplished High Level Teaching Assistants for flexible supply assignments across a range of SEN and SEMH provisions in the Warminster area.
These opportunities are scheduled for September 2026, although earlier starts may be available for candidates able to begin sooner.
Role Overview
This position is suited to experienced HLTAs who can confidently support teaching and learning across specialist environments. Schools require professionals capable of adapting quickly and delivering high-quality support from day one.
- Delivering planned learning activities.
- Covering lessons when required.
- Supporting individual education plans.
- Assisting pupils with complex additional needs.
- Providing targeted interventions.
- Monitoring progress and reporting outcomes.
- Supporting behaviour management approaches.
- Collaborating with teaching, leadership and pastoral teams.
What Schools Need
Because these are supply-based assignments, we require candidates who can integrate effectively into established teams and maintain consistency for pupils.
Previous experience within SEN, SEMH, alternative provision or specialist education settings is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
